The Greenville Guardian Actual journalism, virtually delivered

We’ll be here soon – spread the word!

Welcome to the future home of The Greenville Guardian, a new media project for a new Greenville, North Carolina. At this site you will soon find original journalism addressing key issues too long ignored by Greenville’s legacy media – and legacy leaders.

Once little more than a crossroads “down east,” Greenville now stands at a crossroads itself. A burgeoning city of over 85,000, Greenville has changed quickly in fundamental ways. The Greenville Guardian will produce long-form, in-depth reporting to help put Greenville in context – both where it’s been and where its exponential growth might be taking it.

A non-profit, reader-supported effort, The Greenville Guardian will encourage citizen journalism and thoughtful exchanges of opinion. Learn how you can participate by clicking here.

Join the discussion! To promote civility and the useful exchange of ideas, we moderate comments and require full names (first and last), and a valid email address (used solely for verification). If you have an issue posting, please describe it and paste any error message you receive in the body of an email. Send to: tonyn@greenvilleguardian.org. Thanks for your participation!
