The Greenville Guardian Actual journalism, virtually delivered

You’ve Been Hearing About Them. Now, See Them!

You’ve heard about the GG’s Debate Series. Maybe you even saw the live-streams last week from City Hall, co-sponsored by The M Voice. But you really need to behold Akela Thigpen’s post-production artistry for yourself–and don’t you want to watch again, anyway?

Doing so just got easier.

GPAT-TV, Channel 23, will air the D1 debate four times and the D4 three, between now and Saturday morning. And Saturday at 12:30 p.m., we’re live-streaming the D5 discussion between incumbent Rick Croskery and his challenger, P.J. Connelly. So don’t say there’s nothing on TV.

Here’s the near-term schedule:

D1:
5:59 p.m. Thurs, 9/24 (as in, tonight)
6:26 a.m. Fri., 9/25 (followed immediately by the D4’s premiere)
3:39 a.m. Sat., 9/26

D4:
7:29 and 10:32 a.m.; 7:00 and 11:00 p.m. Fri., 9/25

You can also watch both – and soon, those now in production – at this pageanytime.

By next Friday, all five debates will available at that page and will be rotating through the GPAT schedule.

We hope to see you at City Hall at 12:30 p.m. Saturday for the D5 debate!
